グアム日本人会では、会員の皆様により充実したサービスをご提供するため、会員証特典プログラムをご用意しております。会員証を協賛店舗・施設でご提示いただくことで、スーパーやレストラン、カフェ、ホテルなどで会員限定の優待サービスをご利用いただけます。

The Japan Club of Guam is pleased to offer a variety of exclusive benefits to our members. By presenting your Japan Club of Guam membership card at participating stores and facilities, you can enjoy special discounts and offers at supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and more.

以下の対象ホテルと施設にて、飲食代金10％割引をご利用いただけます。割引は1回のご利用につき1会計（会員本人のテーブルのみ）に限り適用されます。会員は、他のテーブルの会計に自身の割引を適用することはできません。

ご利用にあたっての注意事項

本特典は、グアム日本人会が発行する有効な会員証を保有する会員ご本人のみご利用いただけます。必要に応じて身分証明書の提示を求められる場合があります。
ご利用の際は、必ず有効な会員証をご提示ください。
1回のご利用につき会員証1枚が有効です。
他の割引、特典、プロモーションとの併用はできません。
祝日、特別イベント期間、プロモーション期間などは、特典をご利用いただけない場合があります。
対象店舗、対象施設、特典内容および利用条件は、予告なく変更される場合があります。
各店舗によって利用条件や制限が異なります。詳細については、ご利用前に各施設へお問い合わせください。
グアム日本人会は、本カードの利用に関連して協賛企業が提供するサービスの品質または内容について、一切の責任を負いません。本カードが紛失、盗難、破損等により使用できなくなった場合、再発行はいたしません。

利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、グアム日本人会（以下「本会」といいます。）が発行する会員証に付帯する特典の利用条件を定めるものです。会員が本特典を利用した場合、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 利用資格

1.1 本特典は、グアム日本人会が発行する有効な会員証を所持する会員に対して提供されるものです。
1.2 会員は、有効な会員証を提示することにより、協賛企業および団体から割引や特別優待などの特典を受けることができます。

2. 利用条件

2.1 会員は、特典を利用する際に有効な会員証を提示しなければなりません。
2.2 本特典は、会員証に記載された本人のみが利用できます。必要に応じて身分証明書の提示を求められる場合があります。
2.3 会員証1枚につき、1回の取引に限り利用できます。
2.4 特典内容は協賛企業によって異なる場合があります。詳細については、各協賛企業が定める利用条件および規定に従うものとします。
2.5 各特典は、協賛企業が別途定める場合を除き、他の割引、クーポン、特典、キャンペーンまたはプロモーションとの併用はできません。
2.6 会員証を第三者に譲渡、貸与または使用させることはできません。

3. 特典の利用について

3.1 特典は、祝日、特別イベント期間、キャンペーン期間、その他協賛企業が指定する期間において利用できない場合があります。
3.2 協賛企業、対象施設、特典内容および利用条件は、予告なく変更または終了される場合があります。
3.3 利用条件、制限事項および特典の提供状況は、協賛企業ごとに異なる場合があります。利用前に各協賛企業へ直接お問い合わせください。

4. 免責事項

4.1 グアム日本人会は、本特典の利用に関連して協賛企業が提供するサービスおよび商品の品質、内容、提供状況または履行について、一切の責任を負いません。
4.2 グアム日本人会は、協賛企業が提供するサービスまたは特典の利用に起因して生じた損失、損害、紛争または不都合について、一切の責任を負いません。
4.3 会員証が紛失、盗難、破損その他の理由により使用できなくなった場合、グアム日本人会が認める場合を除き、再発行はいたしません。

Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of benefits offered through the membership card issued by the Japan Club of Guam (hereinafter referred to as the “Club”). Members who use these benefits are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Purpose

1.1 These benefits are provided exclusively to individuals who hold a valid membership card issued by the Japan Club of Guam.
1.2 By presenting a valid membership card, members may receive special benefits, including discounts and promotional offers, from participating businesses and organizations.

2. Terms of Use

2.1 Members must present a valid membership card at the time of use in order to receive applicable benefits.
2.2 These benefits are available only to the member whose name is associated with the membership card. Identification may be requested when necessary.
2.3 One membership card may be used per transaction.
2.4 Benefits may vary depending on the participating business. Details shall be subject to the terms, conditions, and policies established by each participating business.
2.5 Benefits cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, coupons, special offers, or programs unless otherwise specified by the participating business.
2.6 The membership card may not be transferred, assigned, or lent to another person.

3. Availability of Benefits

3.1 Benefits may not be available during public holidays, special events, promotional periods, or other dates designated by participating businesses.
3.2 Participating businesses, eligible facilities, benefit details, and terms of use are subject to change or termination without prior notice.
3.3 Conditions, restrictions, and availability may differ among participating businesses. Members are encouraged to contact the respective business directly for details prior to use.

4. Disclaimer

4.1 The Japan Club of Guam assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the quality, content, availability, or performance of services and products provided by participating businesses in connection with these benefits.
4.2 The Japan Club of Guam shall not be liable for any loss, damage, dispute, or inconvenience arising from the use of services or benefits provided by participating businesses.
4.3 Lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise unusable membership cards will not be reissued unless otherwise determined by the Japan Club of Guam.
